As members of the NHBRC and the CIDB (6GB), we pride ourselves on quality of workmanship and service.

The business was established in 2001 for projects in the Western Cape region. Since then, the business has grown from strength to strength. Our associate company is Terra Nuova Developments. This company was established in 2001 and has been involved in numerous land development and construction projects in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

Lighthouse Construction is an established business operating in the construction sector.

Lighthouse Construction have highly skilled and knowledgeable directors and employees, but have in addition surrounded themselves with a number of specialist associates. As such, Lighthouse Construction has the ability and expertise to take on projects of various size and nature.

Lambert van Heerden

Lambert, a project/product manager in the corporate industry for many years, entered into the construction industry in 2001 in a property development partnership. In 2004, Lambert joined forces with Eddy.
His role in the company is that of projects director.

Eddy Lanuti - B.com Fin.Man

Eddy entered into the construction industry in 1999 when he joined up with his father, an Italian Master Builder for 30 years. After gaining much experience, he then partnered with Lambert in 2004 under the umbrella of Lighthouse Construction.
His role in the company is that of financial director as well as projects co-ordinator.
